Our Story
During the pandemic, I saw people working in hospital settings and something became painfully clear: nurses were constantly running in and out of patient rooms just to find out what someone needed. A glass of water. A blanket. Pain medication. Each interruption pulled them away from critical care; and patients waited longer for everything.
That frustration sparked an idea: what if patients could tell us exactly what they needed before anyone entered the room? Today, Dispatch serves hospitals across the Pacific Northwest, helping care teams respond faster and giving nurses back hours every shift to focus on what matters most. Caring for patients.
